Available Resources

This page provides resources/information that supports parents of children with disabilities. Parents will find workshop and training activities, how to access support for services available to their child, and how to understand the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process. It is the CAHELP's philosophy that all children with disabilities shall be provided a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). The CAHELP hopes the information and resources on this page will assist parents and students in understanding State and Federal requirements as they relate to special education and related services provided to eligible children.
